Welcome to March and meteorological Spring (I’m a weather geek). I keep hoping that saying it’s Spring will convince the weather that it really is. So far, I don’t think it’s working.<\/p>\n

SandyPie Creations is our featured designer for March. She answered some of our standard questions in a previous post (last June- see it here<\/a>) so we came up with some different (and fun) questions for her.<\/p>\n

What is your favorite “go-to” color palette?<\/p>\n

Anything with a teal-y\/aqua blue in it!<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

What is your favorite treat to have close while designing?<\/p>\n

Honey roasted cashews or white chocolate covered pretzels (Flips)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Do you have job outside of designing?<\/p>\n

No, I love this so much!<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

What is the current ringtone on your phone?<\/p>\n

Can\u2019t Hold Us Back by Macklemore and Ryan Lewis featuring Ray Dalton (the Ray Dalton part is the actual ring tone).<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

If you were deserted on an island (with all water\/food provided), what three things would you want to have with you?<\/p>\n

My iPad, a solar charger and a good blanket. (I hope there\u2019s wifi.)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

If you could spend the day with anyone (living or dead) who would it be and why?<\/p>\n

Ooooh, that\u2019s a tough one…<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would it be and why?<\/p>\n

Somewhere tropical, preferably without needing a passport.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

What songs are included on the soundtrack to your life?<\/p>\n

What would you sing at Karaoke night?<\/p>\n

I think I\u2019m pretty terrible at singing so I would definitely not get up.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

If you had a warning label, what would yours say?<\/p>\n

Contents under pressure.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

What is one thing you will never do again?<\/p>\n

I usually would answer this one \u201cget divorced\u201d and give my husband a warning glare. \ud83d\ude09<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

What’s your favorite movie?<\/p>\n

The Princess Bride<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Do you love or hate roller coasters?<\/p>\n

I used to love them till I had a couple kids, now my body just doesn’t like them, especially anything upside down.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Do you believe there is intelligent life in outer space?<\/p>\n

Yes.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

What was the last thing you ate?<\/p>\n

I shared a huge bucket of popcorn with my boys at the movies last night.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

If you were a crayon, what color would you be?<\/p>\n

Brown or gray. I really love those colors.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

What’s your biggest pet peeve?<\/p>\n

Lack of manners or consideration for others.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Pirates or Ninjas?<\/p>\n

Ninjas<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Country or City?<\/p>\n

Country, as long as there is a great internet connection<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Morning or Night?<\/p>\n

I\u2019m a mid morning early afternoon kind of girl.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Indoors or Outdoors?<\/p>\n

I\u2019m definitely an indoor kid!<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Chocolate or Vanilla?<\/p>\n

Vanilla<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Cats or Dogs?<\/p>\n

I have both, but I’ve become more of a cat person. I appreciate their independence but probably more so because I’ve lost three dogs in the past 10 years, two pretty traumatically. (Sudden onset of problems and death followed by expensive vet bills for two. The third was old age, that one hurts the worst.) So I\u2019m apprehensive to go through that again with dogs.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
