Gosh with all my computer issues I am still struggling with this laptop.\u00a0 I just got all my data backed up and now today I am taking it back in to get totally reformatted.\u00a0 YUCK!\u00a0 So forgive me for my tardiness!\u00a0 On with the dish…..\u00a0 Last time some on asked for a few favorite recipes.\u00a0 I am going to share some with you today.\u00a0 First up is my all time favorite crock pot roast.\u00a0 It is called To Die For Pot Roast and it is easy peasy!\u00a0 And with summer and busy schedules its perfect!<\/p>\n

To Die For Pot Roast<\/strong><\/p>\n

1 Pkg Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing<\/strong><\/p>\n

1 Pkg. Brown Gravy<\/strong><\/p>\n

1 Pkg. Italian Dressing<\/strong><\/p>\n

1 cup water<\/strong><\/p>\n

1 Pot Roast<\/strong><\/p>\n

Place Pot Roast in the bottom of your crock pot and sprinkle the 3 pkgs of dressing mixes on top of the roast and add your cup of water.\u00a0 If desired, I am sure you can add onions.\u00a0 (I am sure I do!)\u00a0 Let cook on low for 8 hours and serve with rice or potatoes.\u00a0 So easy!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Stuffed Jalapeono’s<\/strong><\/p>\n

1 pkg cream cheese<\/strong><\/p>\n

2 to 3 cups shredded cheese<\/strong><\/p>\n

2 to 3 garlic cloves minced ( I use fresh)<\/strong><\/p>\n

1 tbs mayonnaise<\/strong><\/p>\n

1\/2 cup finely chopped pecans<\/strong><\/p>\n

season to taste ( I use fajita seasoning )<\/strong><\/p>\n

1 Large can of jalapeno halves ( mild if desired or you can rinse to take some of the fire out )\u00a0 I go straight out of the can!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Mix all ingredient except the jalapeno halves and then stuff the halves with the cheese mixture.\u00a0 If the slices are thin, you can just put some on top of the thin slices rather than actually stuffing the half.\u00a0 The pecans help take some of the “heat” out of the jalapenos! <\/strong><\/p>\n

I will try to add a few more recipes in the following weeks.\u00a0 But for now that will get you started.\u00a0 Rachael asked about some other programs for scrap booking.\u00a0 I have tried one from Sam’s club that was just a cheap program and the issues with that is they are so limited.\u00a0 So I am not one to recommend anything other than Photoshop Elements or PS.\u00a0 I think there are some other ones that allow “layering” and to me that is the key.\u00a0 If you want to really personalize your photos you need to be able to layer text and other goodies on your layout to make it truly yours.\u00a0 I started out on PSE and really for the most part unless you are designing you can get by with it.\u00a0 The programs are so sophisticated these days.\u00a0 Oh I forgot about a little free program called Gimp.\u00a0 That is designed to mimic PhotoShop so I have heard great things about that program.\u00a0 I have not used it myself.\u00a0 But I have seen it.\u00a0 Ok.. well\u00a0 until next time…Baskets of Blessings!\u00a0 :)T<\/p>\n
