And some equally superlative <span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>Designers<\/strong><\/span>. If you&#8217;re ever needing a healthy dose of inspiration, you won&#8217;t have to look far. <strong>Karen<\/strong> found a layout using one of these fabulous tucked frames in the <span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>Gallery<\/strong><\/span> and had to try it for herself. Turns out <span style=\"color: #eb138d;\"><strong>Sheri<\/strong><\/span> (<span style=\"color: #eb138d;\"><a style=\"color: #eb138d;\" href=\"https:\/\/store.gingerscraps.net\/Jumpstart-Designs\/\"><strong>Jumpstart Designs<\/strong><\/a><\/span>) has already done ALL the work and all we have to do is customize. <a href=\"https:\/\/store.gingerscraps.net\/Grandparents-Are-The-Best-Grownups-Tucked-in-Photo-Frames-Jumpstart-Designs.html\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Here&#8217;s a link<\/strong><\/span><\/a> to the product in her <span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>Shop<\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/store.gingerscraps.net\/images\/P\/Jumpstart_GATBG_TPh.jpg\" width=\"600\" height=\"600\" \/><\/p>\n<p>So how easy is it to use these gems? I&#8217;ll show you! While I&#8217;m at it I&#8217;m going to add my tucked photo to a template from this month&#8217;s <span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>Spotlight Designer<\/strong><\/span>, <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Connie Prince<\/strong><\/span>. (Alas, it&#8217;s discontinued, but this will work regardless.) As you can see in the screenshot below, I&#8217;m using a layered file, in this case a <strong>PSD<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-52393\" src=\"https:\/\/gingerscraps.net\/gsblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/1-1-500x279.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"335\" srcset=\"https:\/\/gingerscraps.net\/gsblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/1-1-500x279.jpg 500w, https:\/\/gingerscraps.net\/gsblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/1-1-768x429.jpg 768w, https:\/\/gingerscraps.net\/gsblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/1-1-875x489.jpg 875w, https:\/\/gingerscraps.net\/gsblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/1-1.jpg 1337w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The only difference with using <strong>PNG<\/strong> files for this is that you&#8217;ll have to add them to the template&#8217;s photo spot manually, one at a time, aligning them as needed. I <strong>Activated<\/strong> all those layers <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">EXCEPT<\/span> the photo and made my adjustments. To solve that problem I just <strong>Clipped<\/strong> the photo to the <strong>Photo Mat<\/strong> layer. There are always multiple ways of doing these types of things in <strong>Elements<\/strong>, and I usually will show you two of them. <strong>Right-click&gt;Create Clipping Mat<\/strong> is one way. The keyboard shortcut for <strong>Elements 14<\/strong> and earlier versions is <strong>CTRL\/CMD&gt;G<\/strong>. I just moved the whole stack as one object onto the photo spot on my template. Will it still work like a <strong>PSD<\/strong> though?
