Alright! Now for our next spotlight! It’s a new month and not all challenges are up yet for Feb. (including mine) so lets choose someone who’s on the ball!\u00a0 Julie’s February Technique time!<\/a>\u00a0 Julie’s Technique challenge will help you learn and use different scrapping techniques that are increasing in popularity in the digi scrap world.
