Hello all! Happy Monday!
Hope you are ready for an amazing week! I know I am! Scrapping Survivor starts on Wednesday. I’m a little nervous and a lot excited. =D I can’t wait to see what all is involved in this competition. Most of all – I’m just hoping it will give me some incentive to get scrapping again. I do kind of miss it – but when I sit down with my pictures and a kit… nothing creative comes to my mind. It stinks. Do you have any tips for re-booting your scrapping mojo? I’d love for you to share them! At this point I’m willing to try anything. 🙂
Okay – enough from me on this Monday morning…
Here’s day #12 to this fun kit from Scrappy Cocoa. So glad y’all are enjoying it!

Have a fabulous day!!!!
Yep, use a template or a sketch 🙂
Thanks for posting the daily’s
Thank you
Thank you!!
Thank you!
When my mojo is low, I usually try to find a few pics, old or new, that appeal to me. Sometimes a special event or photo just lights a spark under me and gets me back on a roll.
Thank you to Scrappy Cocoa for all the great freebies this month. I love seeing them each day!
I agree..use a template or sketch.:) If you don’t like using someone elses ..then just get some ideas from them and then go from there.A flower idea (not exactly) from one..a frame idea (not exactly) from another etc. These may inspire you and then your mojo may return and you will have all kinds of ideas popping into your head again.:)
Thanks so much for sharing another part to this COOL kit!!:)
Wow…I could have written your post about lack of creativity. I’m usually so busy that I don’t have time to scrap and then when I do get a free moment and just can’t come up with anything…it’s sooooo frustrating! No suggestions, but hope you get over your creativity block soon! And thanks for downloads for days #11 & #12!!!
THANKS FOR DAY 12
Thanks!
I go about it the opposite way; I’ll take a kit and play around making a quick page. Usually, the act of putting all the pieces together brings to mind a photo that would fit. I don’t worry too much about colors, because if the photo I choose to include clashes with the kit, I just make the photo B&W.
Thank you!
Thank you!
Beautiful! Thanks so much for sharing! xxx
I think we’ve all fallen prey to the “blank” feeling when sitting down to scrap. To spark my creative juices, I’ve used the ideas above as well – templates and finding a subject image that you’re really enthused about working with. I also browse others scrap pages online to see what appeals to me that might work with my current project. Thanks for the lovely kit pieces! 🙂
