Fresh Baked: December 01, 2015

“Chestnuts roasting on an open fire,
Jack Frost nipping on your nose,
Yuletide carols being sung by a choir,
And folks dressed up like Eskimos.”

It’s officially December, which means it’s time to break out the trees, the wrapping paper, and it’s completely okay to burst out with a Christmas carol. The time of year for giving, not just receiving. Truly the most beautiful time of the year!

It is the First of the month, and that means the revel of our new Buffet!! Don’t forget the new Buffet items will all be 50% off (from the 1-5th of the month)!

The designers all had their own take on what the colors and theme said to them! I love the variety!

The designers definitely each made the palette their own and came up with some gorgeous designs.

The CT did such a great job showing how well all of the kits blend. They all did wonderful work!

Our guest designer this month is Photocowgirl!

We ask all designers to give us a quick bio when they join the team, and this is what Amanda had to share:

Hi, I’m Amanda – mother to 3 overactive, smart, and beautiful girls, and wife to one poor outnumbered husband – even our dog is a girl. I am a 31-year-old from the great open plains of Western Kansas (think tumble weeds, no trees, and some of the nicest people you will ever meet). I love anything crafty – sewing, knitting, scrapbooking… I am also a professional photographer. Most of the elements in my kits are photographed/extracted or drawn by me. My girls love to help find neat objects for my kits – you are more likely to find them digging through a pile of leaves than watching cartoons – you can thank them for much of my kits’ natural elements. In my noncrafting world, we spend most of our free time raising show cattle (yes that’s a real thing – that 15-year-old me never thought I would be doing) and riding our horse (also a girl). …And I guess that’s about it, I’m a pretty simple country girl and so excited to be back at Ginger Scraps after being out of the digital scrapping world for about 5 years.
