Fresh Baked: November 01, 2015

It’s November! Hopefully you’re not too full of Halloween candy and you’re ready for some more delicious goodies from the Gingerscraps designers! My oh my! They’ve got some great kits and templates coming and they’re GORGEOUS!

It is the First of the month, and that means the revel of our new Buffet!! Don’t forget the new Buffet items will all be 50% off (from the 1-5th of the month)!

The designers all had their own take on what the colors and theme said to them! I love the variety!

The designers definitely each made the palette their own and came up with some gorgeous designs.

The CT did such a great job showing how well all of the kits blend. They all did wonderful work!

We ask all designers to give us a quick bio when they join the team, and this is what Janet had to share:

Hi I’m Janet,
The 411 about me, behind the computer and the lens…

Up until recently I was blessed to be a SAHM to one teenage boy and have been happily married for 25+ years. My husband and I have now found ourselves as empty nesters (and oh so not ready for it). Our son is in his second year of college at Sam Houston State University and is in the SHSU Bearkat Marching Band, so most fall weekends you will find us in Huntsville at the games. We have one little rescue dog named Ali and we live in Cypress, Texas which is about 30 miles NW of Houston.
I have a BFA in Graphic Arts and Advertising and am a Summa Cum Laude graduate from Sam Houston State University. I am retired from a career in city politics, I used my minor – Public Relations – rather than my major (I was the one that was always behind the candidate). Due to the long hours and job demands, we decided that it was not a ‘family friendly’ career… so, we weighed all of our options and I was very blessed to be able to retire and concentrate on what truly are the most important things in my life… my family, my faith, my friends and my love of designing.
I started traditional scrapping in 1999, joined the digital scrapping world in April 2008 and in March of 2010 I started my own line of digital scrapbooking products – Little Feet Digital Designs. I absolutely love digital designing (my family said that since I spend so much time at my computer that it needed a name, so my son named it ‘Sheldon’). I love taking photos of anything and everything and love scrapping those little moments in life that mean so much!!

And I’m so excited to announce that SIMPLE GIRL SCRAPS is rejoining the team!

Even Theresa wasn’t immune to the information gathering! Here’s what she had to share with us!

I’m a 31 year old Canadian girl and I’ve been a paper scrapper and creative enthusiast since I was a preteen and I’ve branched out to many different forms of crafting, including quilting, sewing, scrapping, photography and of course digital scrapbooking.

I started designing just over 5 years ago! It’s something that I’ve always wanted to do, even if it was just for my own scrapbook pages. I love scrapping and designing with simplicity, using fun and cute elements that bring a sense of whimsy to my layouts. I design and scrap on a princess pink laptop, which I love and it’s perfectly "me".
