Happy April Fools Day!!  I know I’m supposed to start the newsletter with an April Fools joke but really I couldn’t think of one.  I could tell you the ones my kids tell me.  “Mommy, we cleaned our room. April Fools” or “Mommy, I’m still sleeping.  April Fools”.  Yeah, I think they get their lack of sense of humor from me….hehe.  Let’s talk now about this newsletter.  There is just so much I need to share of you.  We have some very exciting happening this month.  This newsletter is so big I had to take notes to make sure I got everything included.  So let’s just jump right in there!

Now this is no April Fool’s Joke.  Guess who we have guesting with us this month?  I’m so honored, and happy to tell you that Colie of Colie’s Corner is here!  I know right?!?!?

Would you like to learn more about her?  This is what she had to say about herself.

My name is Nicole, but everyone knows me as Colie a nick name I picked up as a kid that stuck. I’ve been married to my wonderful husband for almost eleven years, and we have two beautiful children ages ten and seven. I’m 31 years old and I have Full Time Job outside of the home but I started designing while I was a SAHM. To to keep busy when the kids weren’t keeping me busy I ventured into digital scrapbooking. It didn’t take long for me to get hooked, soon the love of scrapping turned to designing and in 2007 I started selling my designs. I love being able to give people building blocks for their layouts and craft projects and seeing a fished product with one of my kits just makes my day. I also love how I never stop learning as far as designing goes. With ever changing styles the digi scrap community keeps me on my toes.

Now since this newsletter is going to be HUGE today, let’s just keep going.  Actually I have a story I would like to share with you first.  When we first told our creative team that Connie Price was going to be guesting with us there was a lot of begging and pleading with her to stay.  In fact, one ct member – I’m not going to say her name….but if I would it would be SARA….but I’m not going just to protect her identity – well “Sara” was so…well I don’t want to say desperate…but “Sara” was so desperate she tried to hypnotize Connie to stay.  Can you imagine?  Well something must have worked with that watch because CONNIE PRINCE IS NOW AT GINGERSCRAPS FOR GOOD, and she clucks like a chicken.  We’re working on finding a cure for the clucking but OMG!!  Connie is staying at GS!  Thanks Sara oh I mean, “Sara”!
