It is finally Friday!  This week was long and expensive.  Between holidays, snow days, and broken cars, I’ve just had enough of this week.  I can tell you that something good has happened.  I’ve done a lot of talking with Ginger, and our amazing designers and we have decided we needed to do more for you, our friends.  I bet you are wondering “More?  How can you possibly do more for us?!?”

The answer is kinda tricky.  I can’t exactly come out with the answer, but I can say this:  Make sure you are fans of ours on Facebook, you are following us on Twitter, and check our forum often.  Why?  Well, I really can’t say.  A hint?  Hm…maybe I can give you a hint.  How about if I say this.  We will be randomly showing you some how we act  with kindness.  Gosh I hope that wasn’t too obvious.  Well, let’s start talking about sales.

Stay warm this winter in style! Elegant Comfort by Daphadilly Art is perfect for your cozy winter memories!  (Can I just add how adorable her little one is?)

So there you have it!  Have a great week, and I’ll catch you back here next Friday!

Boy is it cold.  Oh, sorry.  Hi!  How are you?  I forgot my manners for a minute.  We received 2 feet of snow in 24 hours and we are still shoveling out of it.  Yes, that is 1 inch an hour – crazy huh?  Well, actually it was over around 2pm so it was actually less.  Not that it matters, lots of snow is lots of snow.  My kids enjoyed a couple of days off because of the snow, and I’m happy to be sending them back today.  It was a great break, but now I have house stuff I need to get done.  That gets me wondering, is it ever really done?  Yeah, I didn’t think so.

Enough of my ramblings.  You didn’t sign up to read this just to hear me ramble on about snow and housework.  How about our new releases?  I thought that would make you happy.

Photocowgirl has a beautiful new kit called Barren Beauty.  This is what she had to say about it:

“The inspiration for Barren Beauty came one day while going down the road. I noticed how bleak and empty everything was in our barren little part of the country come winter, but how somehow it was really beautiful – frosted weeds, large expanses of harvested fields as far as the eye could see, abandoned barns… My daughter and I started collecting little bits of broken twigs and other weather worn findings only to realize that the once vivid colored pieces were still beautiful – just in a different way. Barren Beauty is a kit for hope and a kit for finding the beauty in something that may be missed at first glance. This collection is very dear to me and I hope it inspires you too.”
