Happy 11/1/11!!!  That’s a lot of 1’s!  I know it isn’t as many as 11/11/11 and that will be here in just 10 days.  Make sure you come back on that day because we’ll, we have a plan in action that I know you all will just love.  Speaking of love, there is just so much to tell you I’m not sure where I should start.  First just make sure you check back here on Friday.  We have some very exciting things going on for Digital Scrapbook Day.

Hey Gang! My name is Terra (aka Sugar Kissed Designs). I am SOOO thrilled to be here! I seriously jumped up and down when Ginger offered me the guest spot! I live in Arizona. I moved here 6 years ago to be closer to my grandmother. I have a cat and a boxer dog named Gus. He’s often the subject of my scrapping. I’ve been designing for over two years now. It feels like I just started yesterday, though! I love to doodle and incorporating those when I can into my kits! Speaking of which… I have two exclusive kits for you sold in individual pieces as well as a full bundled kit. I also have a set of gift box hybrid templates that will be free this month to be used in our Candy Wrapper Challenge so be sure to stop by and play! I also have a set of neutral paper stock. I love having neutrals on hand if I need to lighten up a layout or if I’m just looking for something that’s not just white or cream. Happy Friday!  Where did the week go?  I’m surprised at how fast this week flew by.  Can you believe it is fall already?  My kids have decided to start raking leaves into piles.  The sweeties didn’t realize that no leaves have really started to fall yet so their piles are tiny.  I’m sure within a few weeks that will all change.  Another change is the temperature.  We had our first frost of the season the other night.  Sunday though?  It will be 81.  That is one thing about living in New England, don’t like the weather?  Wait 5 minutes and it will change.

 Guess who?  Yup!  It’s me with another HUGE announcement!  We are very lucky here at GingerScraps to constantly grow our store.  This designer that is joining us is yet another one of the designers that I stalk.  As you know from last week, there are a few designers that I follow on twitter, on facebook, with newsletters, and their blogs.  I just can’t seem to get enough of them.  When Ginger told me that this designer will be joining us, I believe my exact words were “Are you serious?”.  Since we all know that Ginger is always 100% serious I knew it had to be true.  Ok, you got me.  Ginger has a huge sense of humor..but this time she really was serious.

Hey guys! It’s Jennifer from Luv Ewe Designs here! I am super excited to join the Ginger Scraps team! I am a mom of three boys, a step mom to four kids and have 6 indoor kitties. Yes it can be quite crazy! During the day I am a supervisor for an agency for the mentally and physically challenged. By night, I am a mommy and photoshop junkie! I have been playing with photoshop for over 4 years. I started making siggies for a forum, then I started creating elements to make the siggies with and it grew from there! I love photoshop because you can be creative in so many ways and there is always a new technique to learn! Hope to get to know you guys and catch you in the forums!

Hello Again!  Are you sick of me yet?  I just realized that tomorrow is the first day of October.  Can you believe how fast September went.  So much has happened this month in my house starting with the hurricane, then school starting, and well, it’s been crazy.  How has your month been?  Hopefully it was great and that October will be even better.

Since I’m such a huge stalker I figured I could use this opportunity to get more information about her.  This is what she had to say when I asked her to tell me…oh I mean us, more about her.

Hello! I’m Jenn of JennCk Designs. It’s so great to be here! Gingerscraps is the very first site I found back in the day when I became a reluctant digiscrapper (I’m a reformed paper scrapper lol). I’ve been designing for 2 years and digiscrapping for almost 3 years.

I’m 38 and live with my boyfriend, Wes, and my 17.5 year old kitty. In my former life (lol), I was a project manager for print and online training development. I always joke that I have tons of bad karma because most of my clients were in cigarettes, alcohol, casinos, and top 10 pharma. LOL I worked 70+ hours/week minimum for so long, my body just had enough. So, I left all of that over 3 years ago. I feel like I’m still recovering from the sleep deprivation. lol

We currently live in the Detroit, Michigan area (Dearborn), but I’ve lived all over the country. I grew-up in Upstate NY and all of my immediate family still reside there. In addition to digital scrapping and designing, I love to play games – all types. I love Farmville, Pogo Games, my Nintendo DS, board games, etc. I also love to travel and we do so as often as we can.

I am excited to be part of the Gingerscraps team and I’m amazed at how much this site has grown and developed over the years. It is all in part to the wonderful community here and lots of hard work. I’m thankful to be part of it all!

It’s finally Friday!  Well, maybe I shouldn’t say that because now I have that country song in my head.  I am thankful the week is finally over.  It seemed like every night this week I’ve been having to go to a school for some event or another.  I’m just looking forward to a quiet weekend at home.  Maybe watch some movies and hopefully find some time to start scrapping again.  Yeah, I still haven’t had time to sit and scrap.  What about you?
