Let’s Celebrate Spring!

Fall is just around the corner where I live. Of course it will likely stay hot and humid until October or November. Such is the life of the Southern parts of the States. That being said, it is heading into Spring for you guys in the Southern Hemisphere. With that in mind we are going to take a look at a lot of the pretty and Spring-tastic things we have in the store to scrap those layouts.

If you are not familiar with our Let’s Celebrate posts, here is a little information about them. Get ready to be blown away with a lot of great items from the store. These posts are usually image heavy. (I have a hard time narrowing down the items to a reasonable amount for a blog post! They are all just too great). Also all images are linked to their counterpart in the store. GingerScraps has so many great designers; and a lot of them have been here for years. Therefore we have so many great items spanning pages and pages. If you don’t see something you like in today’s post, you can always check out the store for more. In fact there is a section just for Spring related items.

Let’s Celebrate Spring!

Spring! Spring sprung a few weeks ago here in the states. It is just now getting to feel like spring now where I live. Even if Spring has sprung or Fall is here and you just want to look back at those Spring photos and get them scrapped, I have some great products for you!

I don’t know if you have noticed, but it is like the store and gallery comes alive once Spring comes around. Such beautiful colors, themes and flowers fill the store! Of course there is a section dedicated to all things Spring in the store. You can find that HERE. Today though, I am going to pick a few out of the store that are my favorite and showcase them. All images are linked!

Great, right?! This is what I found only 5 pages into the search. There are FIFTY more pages in the spring section. I told you that the store comes alive when Spring comes around here in the states. I hope some of these will get your creative juices flowing! Makes sure you upload your images to the gallery and links us up here if you use any of them. We would love to see your work!

Challenge Spotlight – Buffet Challenge

Hello and happy May! Is everyone still recovering from iNSD? It’s finals for me so I didn’t get to do a whole heck of a lot of scrapping, but I hit up some chats, got to know some rad ladies (some might have gotten to know me more than they wanted!) and bought awesome new scrappy stuff! If you picked up this month’s buffet pieces while they were on sale, you’re all prepared for this week’s challenge spotlight: the buffet challenge hosted by Rachel of Pretty in Green! Spring has pretty much sprung at this point (except for that random cold front last week!) and it’s about that time to have pictures of pretty flowers blooming, the kiddos running around in the grass and just being out in the fun! This buffet is perfect for all your fun spring photos.

Just a week into May, the forum ladies are already flooding the gallery with gorgeous layouts using this month’s buffet. The color palette is rather unique and perfect for any occasion Need some scrapping inspiration? Check out these layouts…

Loving these layouts already! The grey in this buffet is a lovely neutral and goes so well with the bright reddish orange and muted yellow and green. These three pages all have a great energy and capture the colors of this buffet so beautifully! Wonderful layouts, ladies. 🙂

We’re already a week into May (what?!) so if you haven’t staked your spot out in the May Challenge Tracking Thread, you might want to mosey on over and do that! 😉 There are some cool rewards to be had if you play along with our challenges and tally up your points at the end of the month!
