Let’s Celebrate | Autumn (fall)

Good morning GingerScrap’s scrappers! If you remember, last month we celebrated the end of Summer. I don’t know about you, but here in the southern part of the States, it is starting to look a lot like Autumn! It is my favorite time of the year. From cooler weather, changing colors, holidays, and pumpkins. All these things make this season the best! We should of course scrap it, right? Never fear. GingerScraps has so much to offer when it comes to scrapping seasons. Autumn is no exception. There is even a whole category dedicated to it. Today, we are going to take a look at just a few of those items. Get ready for all things Autumn! (items linked to the store).

As you can see, not everything is about pumpkins. There is such a great variety of goods to scrap your Autumn pages. Make sure you check out this month’s and past October and November’s buffets! Spotlight – Journaling Challenge

Hey there. Just popping back in here to feature another of the fabulous GingerScraps challenges. Today we’re spotlighting the Journaling Challenge hosted by Dani of JB Studio.

Each month Dani challenges us with a different focus to get us journaling our memories. For October, this is what she gave us:

Spotlight – Hybrid Challenge

Good evening everyone. I thought I would pick a challenge to spotlight that a lot of people just scroll by, but can really be fun.

We’re going to look at the Hybrid Challenge. Katie of Just So Scrappy has a wonderful Halloween Hybrid project for us (but as you can see from the layouts, it doesn’t have to be Halloween).

Katie provided a template to use to make Hershey Bar and Hershey Nugget wrappers. This is what she designed with the template:

GingerBread Girl Inspiration: Brenian4ever

Good Monday morning! I am trying to find the motivation I need to get everything done today. Scrapping some layouts is part of that. Whenever I am lacking in mojo or ideas, I go looking around the galleries. The GingerBread Girls is a great place to do that! What are GingerBread Girls, you ask? Today we are going to take a look at one of those talented ladies. Get some inspiration from the GingerBread Girls. Today’s inspiration comes from Bren (Brenian4ever).

I told you there is some great inspiration to be had from Bren! She really knows how to take a layout and make it compliment her photos. She doesn’t shy away from bold & fun patterned papers. On top of everything, she has some lovely cluster and title work. All the images shown here are linked to her gallery. Run over & leave her some love. While you are there take a look around an see what grabs your attention!
