Fresh Baked: May 01, 2014

WOWZERS! This newsletter is going to be filled with a lot of exclamation points! I’m just going to warn you now. It’s the unofficial start of iNSD. It’s a NEW MONTH! We have TWO designers joining us this month! I just can’t handle the excitement!

It is the First of the month, and that means the revel of our new Buffet!! This month, the colors are so soft, so they fit with friends, babies, family, friends and love. They all mix and match so well together, as well! Don’t forget the new Buffet items will all be 50% off (from the 1-5th of the month)!

The designers all had their own take on what the colors and theme said to them! I love the variety!

The designers knocked it out of the park. The designs are just amazing and so well done!

Challenge Spotlight April 29th

It’s the last few days of April! There’s still a day left to get some challenge LO’s posted to get this month’s awesome collab! On May 1, there will be a new collab up for grabs but that’s not the best thing about this week! Bring on the sales, specials and lots of scrapping activities! Stay tuned for some great happenings this weekend! International Scrapbooking day will be upon us! I can’t wait!

Little Rad Trio headed up this month’s Font Challenge and she chose one of my favorite fonts to use!

This is the sample LO she featured using KG Lego House:

I love this clean handwriting font. I find myself using this for a lot of my journalling. It is very easy to read! If you like this font, make a new LO and post it for the challenge!

Challenge Spotlight April 15

Happy Tax Day here in the US! Today is the deadline to file taxes and then any of our friends or family who are accountants can breathe a sigh of relief for awhile! This week’s Challenge I am spotlighting is the Mix It Up Challenge. I love this one because every month it is different! This month’s challenge is hosted by Sherry Ferguson and she has challenged us to scrap about food!

Whether it be a family recipe, a yummy dinner out, a party, etc. Pick a photo you have taken showing off food! My Challenge LO featured by husband, his friend and my dad enjoying a cold beer!

Challenge Spotlight April 8th

Happy April! Spring is in the Air and that’s the challenge I will be spotlighting today! Love Ewe Designs is hosting the Inspiration Challenge and the inspiration for this month is SPRING! This can be interpreted so many ways, blooms, baby animals, activities that start in the spring, etc. There are so many possibilities to make a LO inspired by Spring! And as always, this LO would count towards the 10 you need to get a fabulous collab kit by our lovely designers!
