Happy Friday! How was your week? This week, the designers are definitely ready for spring! They’re not the only ones!!

Before the show-off of the layouts and new kits, we have some BIG news at Gingerscraps!

The first is the release of a kit for Susan Godfrey. In February, she suffered a house fire. The designing community banded together to help her raise some money to replace what she lost!

The other big news is that we’ve got a new designer joining our team! Brandy Sutherlin Designs!

As we do all of our new designers, we asked her to tell us a little about herself, and this is what she had to share:

Hi there! I’m so excited to be apart of the GingerScraps design team! 🙂 I found out about Digital Scrapbooking back in 2005 and fell in love with it. I wanted to get more involved so I started designing in 2011 and have had a lot of fun with it! I have met some really great people along the way, too.
I have a wonderful husband, who’s my teenage (high school) sweetheart… we will be married for 17 years this September. I have a son, who’s almost 15 (and about to get his Learners Permit- YIKES!) and a daughter who’s 12. She’s a pistol! LOL. We also have 3 dogs (Bernese Mountain Dog, German Shepherd, and a Pomeranian) who also keep us very busy!
**So** excited to be here and can’t wait to get creating!

Created by MSPeeler. The journal card saying “Stay this way forever” with the sweet pictures of the kids really hits the heart. The little clusters are wonderful.

Created by coxabey. I love the addition of the birthday invitation. Such a great layout!
