Spotlight – Journaling Challenge

Hey there. Just popping back in here to feature another of the fabulous GingerScraps challenges. Today we’re spotlighting the Journaling Challenge hosted by Dani of JB Studio.

Each month Dani challenges us with a different focus to get us journaling our memories. For October, this is what she gave us:

Today I want to remember…
A challenge I/you/we tackled today…
Something I love about you right now…
My favorite moment/time of the day…
Around the room… (capture a room in your house – kids rooms are her favorite for this)
Document your day… (scrap the facts and then add in some feelings)

Hello and good morning! How are you doing this week? Getting things ready for Halloween? Basking in the hopefully cooler fall temps? The designers are going all out for fall and Halloween, and this week is no different. Plus, you can start planning 2016 with a couple sets as well!

Before I show you the new goodies, I’m going to show off some layouts using our new Buffet and this month’s Monthly Mix is called “Fight Like a Girl”!

Created by shellbyj. I love how one cat looks ready to attack, like a shark, and the other looks like “I’m now going to maim you in your sleep” LOL! A great use of the cat elements from the kit.
