Good Monday morning! For those in the states, did you have have a good Independence Day? Canadians, did you have a good Canada Day?! I hope you did and I hope you took lots of photos. I am here today to help take the chore of looking for kits for said photos. We are going to take a look at some of the great digital scrapbooking supplies in the store to scrap those 4th of July and Canada Day photos!
Just like the holiday’s before, we have an entire section dedicated to patriotic digital scrapbooking supplies. If you already have the ones I am about to showcase in your stash or just want something else, make sure to check there. Here are just a few items to get your patriotic layouts scrapped. (all images linked).
Some great designs, right? We would love to see what you are scrapping with our patriotic designs. Make sure you upload your layouts to the gallery. There is a challenge that goes perfectly with these patriotic goodies. There are a lot more patriotic items in July’s Buffet. You can take those July Buffet layouts & take part in the Buffett challenge in the forum! There is also a color challenge this month that would work well with your patriotic layouts! So, get those holiday photos scrapped & links us up!

Welcome to July. We have TWO fabulous designers featured this month, Leaving a Legacy Designs and Ponytails Designs. They were both gracious enough to answer some fun questions for us this month, so let’s just jump right in. First we’ll chat with Kimberly of Leaving a Legacy Designs.
If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would it be and why?
Greece or Italy because I haven’t been there yet and would love to see the history and experience the culture.

Sleeps a lot and speaks her mind…can be kept happy with chocolate and scrapbooking.

Now, let’s talk to Natasha of Ponytails Designs.
If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would it be and why?
Europe, especially Great Britain and France. I’ve studied a lot European history and would just love to see some of these places I’ve read about.
If you had a warning label, what would yours say?
Warning: do not approach in the morning until coffee is in hand.
What is one thing you will never do again?
Drink tequila… I think that speaks for itself. lol
What’s your favorite movie?
The Sound of Music
Do you love or hate rollercoasters?
Love them!
Do you believe there is intelligent life in outer space?
Yes, there probably is. I think it’s rather egocentric to believe that we’re the only intelligent life in that great wide universe.
What was the last thing you ate?
Toast with home-made strawberry jam.
If you were a crayon, what color would you be?
Red… fire engine red.
What’s your biggest pet peeve?

Night
Indoors or Outdoors?
Outdoors… even better if that includes sunshine and a beach.

Chocolate
Cats or Dogs?
Dogs for sure. Not a cat person, although I have nothing against them per se. I like them well enough when they’re living in the barn.
Who did you look up to as a kid?
I had a couple of really great teachers that I admired in high school. One was my English teacher and the other my English Lit teacher. They both taught me so much and were really great people.
What is the one thing that makes you happy despite any mood?
Sunshine, and hearing my little one’s laugh. It’s completely infectious.
Do you have any tattoos? If yes what and where are they- If no do you want any and what would you get?
Ugh… yes I do! I have a ying-yang symbol on my upper left shoulder/back area, a butterfly on my left hip, and a Celtic design toe ring on my right second toe. I got them all for a reason but now that I’m not exactly in my 20’s anymore, I kind of wish I didn’t have them. The toe ring I see all the time of course, but the other two I can’t see unless I’m looking in the mirror. I’ll catch a glimpse of one in a photo every so often and it always surprises me. I king of forget they’re there.
Name one television character that you simply adore?
Sheldon from Big Bang Theory. He’s hilarious!
Thanks Natasha!! Jump over and check our her GS Store, Facebook Page, Blog, and Pinterest.
Also, both designers have added a coupon to various days of the Daily Download. The sneak peek looks absolutely fabulous.
Don’t forget, with 10 completed challenges, you get this fabulous collab free!
And one more thing before I go. It’s almost time for Scrapping Survivor. Where do you think we are headed this year? Click on the image below and add your guess.
Have a great rest of the weekend.
