Good Morning! It’s May! Can you believe it? We’ve already finished a quarter of 2013! May is a great month! School is finishing, spring is (supposed to be) in full swing!

Speaking of spring, this month’s buffet is called Spring Fling. It’s full of fun bright colors that just say “I’m ready for a change of scenery”!

The designers all had their own take on what the colors and theme said to them! I love the variety!

Good morning! We’re over halfway through with April, and Spring and Spring-like colors are definitely the theme of the week. So many gorgeous kits by the designers. I can’t even begin to attempt to choose a favorite, but I’m sure you’ll find something that you’ll find perfect for yourself!

Speaking of wonderful designs, I picked out some, in my opinion, wonderful layouts this week. All three are using the Nature’s Delight buffet.

Beautiful layout by catgoddess. I love the clustering and the layers. The photo treatment is wonderful as well!

Wonderful hybrid by mamaape. I love hybrid projects and this one looks so realistic. I want to reach out and see if it’s just awesome shadows or really glued!

Adorable layout by Colleen. I love the circular pictures. The floating flowers just makes the layout so much more fun and playful.

Fresh Baked: April 05, 2013

Good morning! Are you ready for the weekend? I think a few of the designers are definitely ready for spring to start. Connie Prince’s grab bag is full of spring goodness. Snips and Snails, our guest this month, even has a kit with spring in the title. You can’t beat that. If you’re into templates, a few designers have some for you. Blue Heart Scraps even has journal cards template sets that are CU-friendly! And a few two-page template sets. This week truly has some great stuff.

This week’s layout stand-outs are using both the Nature’s Delight buffet and the new monthly mix, Fresh Air.

A wonderful layout by Lisa. I love the larger pictures, focusing on the images, and not on a lot of extras The clusters make the pictures stand out so much more!

Created by scrapjrlgcp. I just love the off-center strip. And it looks like the bird singing to the beautiful little girl!

This is another layout created by Lisa. This uses the Fresh Air monthly mix. I just LOVE the big picture, with the smaller picture framed and the elements all clustered around it. Such a beautiful job!

Fresh Baked: April 01

Good morning! How was your Easter? Today’s April Fool’s, but this is no trick! We at Gingerscraps have some great things in store for you! A new buffet, Free With Purchase, and Daily Download! This month, we also have a new item that will be released on the 1st of the month. The Monthly Mix, which used to release around the middle of the month, will now be releasing on the first! So much goodness going on right now!

This month’s buffet is called Nature’s Delight. It says spring and so much more! The designers did such a beautiful job with it!

Fresh Baked: March 29, 2013

It’s Spring! Are you excited for Easter? Did you observe Passover? No matter which holiday you observe, this month has been all about family. This week, Gingerscraps is adding to their family! Wendy Tunison Designs has joined our team! We’re so excited to have her.

This week, we also have some great templates from Angelclaud. Crisdam Designs has some wonderful extras that would be perfect for Project 365. She’s not the only one! Connie Prince’s April Project 2013 collection is available, as well. SO much fun stuff. There’s SO much more to share, too much to list in just this little paragraph, so make sure you read on!

The Lucky Me buffet, in my own personal opinion, would really work well for any sort of layout, including some Easter ones, so make sure you pick them up!

Fresh Baked: March 22

Oh Friday!! How you sneak up on us always. This week, Pretty in Green created some frames that work with every kit in the store, including the new Project 365 themed packs that Kathy Winters put together. There’s sixteen packs in that series, and she’s hinted at more. Connie Prince, Bekah E Designs, Twin Mom Scraps, and Blue Heart Scraps all have some adorable Easter-themed kits. Jimbo Jambo, our guest for March, has a great template series available. That’s not everything either!

So, Sunday was St. Patrick’s Day but that doesn’t mean the “lucky” feeling needs to end! Make sure you check out the Lucky Me buffet and pick up a few packs.

Happy Friday Gingerscraps Fans! This week, the designers really created some amazing things! Angelclaud, Jimbo Jambo Designs, and ViolaMoni have amazing and fun templates to work with. Pixelily, Trixie Scraps, and Connie Prince have some great bundles that will fit any scrap page you might want to make. If you’re on the hunt for good CU, Bekah E Designs has wonderful grab bag for you!

Speaking of good things, I found some seriously ADORABLE layouts for y’all to admire! I’m definitely loving the theme of “Lucky Me” and I can tell that it’s a theme everyone else is loving.

I love this layout by beckyroy. She is definitely a McCutie. I love the clusters on the side. I wish I could do it that well!

I always adore layouts by trina513. This one is no exception. I love the use of white space. The minimal amount of elements just makes the pictures stand so out. I also love the font choice!

A many photos layout by MamaCake. I love how the pictures are arranged in a circular fashion. And I love the way the little clusters just draw your eyes more to the pictures.

We’re already a week into March. I cannot believe it. Soon, we’ll be doing the pinching if you’re not wearing the green. That’s next Sunday, in case you’re curious. Me, I love this holiday.

Today, I might not be saying “Lucky Me” because my kids are off today, but I’m saying it about y’all! The designers worked hard getting things out for you this week, and I also picked out a few of some gorgeous layouts created by some members of the forum!

Fresh Baked: March 01, 2013

Bye February! You never stay around long enough for us to even adjust to the fact that it’s a new month, and then you’re gone. Can you believe that we’re at March already? Sixteen days until green beer, gold coins, and when everyone becomes Irish. At least that’s how it feels. As the mom of a St. Patrick’s Day child, it’s a fun holiday for us to celebrate.

The colors surrounding March seems to always be rainbows, and this month’s buffet is no exception. It’s such a fun and happy buffet, as well. You’ll be saying “Lucky Me” when you scrap with it!

The designers really showed their playful sides with this buffet!

Tracy of Trixie Scraps Designs!

Tracy, aka Trixie of Trixie Scraps Designs, happily opens her shop with us today! She has over 10 years of experience as a scrapbooker, beginning first with paper and switching to digi in 2007. In October 2008, she opened her first store as a digital designer and has never looked back! Tracy just recently relocated to the Kansas City area with her husband Erick and their two dogs, Diamond and Lucy. She’s a devoted aunt to three nieces, one nephew (and one on the way) and she spends a lot of time with her cousin’s three little boys, as well. She loves popcorn-flavored Jelly Bellys, Mexican food, country music and reality TV. Fresh Baked: February 22, 2013

Good morning! We have had a lot of snow in this area. We haven’t seen this much snow since 2011. It’s sort of crazy how much snow we had. It makes me very thankful that we have a four-wheel-drive vehicle in which my husband can drive to work. The kids are enjoying the snow days, though.

This week, I only chose one Buffet layout to showcase because we have TWO Monthly Mixes releasing.
