Fresh Baked: Jan. 11, 2013

Things are slowly setting back into that routine of wake-up, go to work/school, go back to bed, it seems. I’m actually happy about it. I think I like the routine. It feels weird to not have it. Anyone else like that?

I’m doing well with my resolutions of improving. It reminds me I need to do some documentation on it. Like you, I have the perfect buffet for it, the Hopes and Dreams collection. Now the problem is choosing which pieces to use. I have the same issue, trying to decide which layouts to show off!

Created by mom2triplets04. I love how the letters for “Hope” are hanging. It really makes the layout! I think that’s a dream, a goal, that we all have!

Created by missdamsel. I love two-pages, and this is just beautiful. I love how the shots are focused on a little bit of everything, including the bride and groom.

Created by Tree City. I love that two different births were used in one layout. It is just too precious!

Sneak Peeks

Hello Scrappers! I can’t believe it’s Thursday already. Our designers have been really busy and they have really out done themselves. I have a few kits to show you and can’t wait for you to see them.

The first one is from Luv Ewe Designs. I am loving the big polka dots and the patterns of all the papers. The colors are bright and cheerful and will be perfect for these cold January days.

If you love templates then your in luck. Pixelily Designs is releasing new templates that look just wonderful. Isn’t this BEAUTIFUL!!!

Here is another layout that is stunning when you combine these templates from Pixelily Designs and the new kit from Luv Ewe Designs…

Challenge Spotlight – Buffet Challenge

Hey there and good morning, all! Hope everyone’s week is off to a fabulous start! This week I am spotlighting an easy challenge that should get you scrapping: the buffet challenge hosted by Rachel of Harmony Star! This month’s buffet is called Hopes and Dreams and it evokes thoughts of a new year, a fresh start and looking forward. I simply love the palette and all the unique packs the designer came up with for the buffet. Here are a few of my favorite pieces:

All such gorgeous work and I love how each designer had a different take! This buffet should make for some fun, creative and of course, beautiful layouts. Here’s some inspiration from the ladies who are participating in this challenge!

I had to stop myself at my usual 3 layout highlights because they’re all so pretty! You really must head over to the forum and see for yourself because everyone done a great job with this buffet challenge!

Now you should go make the gallery even awesomer! 😉 Scrap a page using this month’s buffet, post it and start earning points towards a reward!
