Hello, lovely digi friends. I’m so excited today!! I get to introduce a new Gingerbread Lady!!
Please welcome: Pixelily Designs!!
It has been a pleasure getting to know Lily! She is a wonderful addition to the GingerScraps family!! Lily wrote a few words to introduce herself to you all:
“I am Lily Kusumah, a SAHM mother with 2 boys 9 and 5 years old from Jakarta, Indonesia. I am married to my highschool sweetheart hubby. His job brought the family to move around the globe. We’ve been in India and Middle East before coming back to home country. I started designing in 2008, just for fun before I decided to become a designer in 2010 when I started selling as Pixelily Designs. I am a book lover, crafty momma and the family cook (dare not to call myself chef :p). I love photography and my Canon 60D, love sewing and just start quilting, and crazy about batik pattern. Love dimsum and sushi ^_^. Secret admirer of Edward Cullen. That simple “
You are going to absolutely love her designs! She has beautiful digi goodies!!
Before I show you, I have a great sale to share with you, courtesy of Pixelily Designs.
First up a wonderful kit.. the name says it all, Playful. Just scrap any photos of your kids or family members doing their favorite outdoor activities. This pack is so colorful, vibrant and full of funny things to decorate your outdoor photos.
Lisa created this adorable layout with the kit. I totally love it!!
Next up the perfect kit for boys of any age!! Whatta Boy! Here is what Lily had to say about this creation, “Being mom of 2 active little boys is both a challenge and blessing for me. They inspire and light up my life and there are many stories about them that I want to keep forever. This kit was created to all boys in the universe, including the little ones in your home.”
Anyone with a boy would just adore this. I know I do 😀 Here are a few LO’s using Whatta Boy-
Next a kit called Big Hearted Woman, bursting with beauty!! This is true that the love to the women of our life will never end. Here is a kit to scrap photos of the women with big hearts, the women of our life. It can be our mothers, sisters, wives, friends, grandmas and more. So let’s scrap and keep our memories with them
I love this layout by chigirl (Judy).

One last note- We are having a call for our praise team!!! It is a super fun way to get free goodies, all you have to do is leave a little love!!
Happy Tuesday, ladies! Hope this finds everyone well and starting off the week well! We’re already closing in on the end of May (WHAT?!) so now is crunch time for getting your challenges completed! This week I am spotlighting the scraplift challenge hosted by Sophie of Keep In Touch Designs! We are lifting this really lovely layout from Cherrylej:
Replicating the beauty and detail of this layout may be a little daunting, but the ladies in the forum are seriously doing a great job with this one. Let me share a few of my favorites with you for inspiration! 🙂

Sheesh, if I could post every single layout done for this lift, I WOULD! The pages in the forum are really beautiful; definitely take a minute to stop by and look at them all and leave these ladies some love in the gallery!
Hmm, I seem to have forgotten to mention something really cool: Sophie has been generous enough to offer a bonus incentive for the scraplift challenge this month! Once all the layouts are in at the end of the month, she is going to do a random drawing for a $5 coupon to her store! That’s incentive enough to get you scrapping, right?! Thanks, Sophie!
Alright, I’ll leave you now to start wrapping up those challenges, ladies! Make sure you’re keeping track of your completed layouts in the May Challenge Points Tracking thread. If you’re new to GingerScraps (welcome!) and you have questions about this or any of our other monthly challenges, be sure to stop by the Cookie Jar and drop a line; someone will definitely have an answer to your question! 🙂
Everyone have a wonderful rest of their week, get those layouts in and I will see you all back here next week for the last challenge spotlight for May (eek!). Much love to you all! 🙂
Congratulations to simplegirlscraps for winning LOTW! I love black and white photo with the gray, yellow and white kit. I really love all the layers of papers. Great layout overall!! Click the image to leave her some love or click here to view her entire Gingerscraps Gallery.
As always your vote counts so head over the the forum to vote for the next LOTW winner. You can be a LOTW winner too, all you have to do is scrap! Happy Scrapping.
